UPDATE for 2020 05 20: The cache was replaced a short distance from the original location. The puzzle has been updated and the old checker has been replaced with the Groundspeak-supplied checker. If you solved the old puzzle, subtract .001' from the old solved North and add .003' to the old solved West, and then put that in the current checker. If you have not yet solved the puzzle, then continue and good luck!
This is a Sudoku puzzle, but not quite "standard". It follows all the normal rules: each row, each column and each 3x3 box (slightly heavier lines) must have each of the digits 1 through 9. In addition, each of the major diagonals (the grey boxes) must also include each of the digits 1 through 9. This stricture can make the puzzle a bit tougher, but it also provides additional solving help. Overall, this is probably a two (out of five)-star puzzle.

Once you have solved the puzzle, look at the boxes with the small letters in the lower-right corner. Use these to do the following easy computations...
β = Y-T
Щ = U-R
π = Z+V
Φ = Z
Σ = Y/S
Ю = T-V
Я = Y*Z
Д = (X+Z)/S
δ = W-V
Ж = T-S
Using the results from the above, fill in this coordinate set: N 34º βЮ.πЯΣ W 119º ДΦ.ЩδЖ
You are looking for a medium-sized green bison tube hanging in a bush, three-four feet off the ground. Lots of free, paved parking is nearby. This area is a bit geo-muggley, but most of them move very fast, and so aren't likely to be a hassle. The rest likely won't be able to see you where the cache is.
