All cachers are welcome! Come to socialize with caching buddies or meet new caching friends. If you'd like to test your luck at grabbing an awesome cache: Buy or make a cache (try to make it a complete geocache including a log sheet, pencil and even some SWAG!) Wrap it up so it isn't visible, label it with your Geo-Name and CV Cache-Luck 2016, and bring it to the coordinates at the time specified. This is a family friendly event so please feel free to bring the Geo-Kids. Please include the number of people in your log so we have an idea of how many are attending.
Anyone who would like to order their own dinner at Round Table is encouraged to do so. We can not bring outside food or drink into the party room. You can call ahead so that your food is ready when you get there. Tuesday night is also their family buffet night.
A QUICK RECAP OF WHAT'S ON YOUR AGENDA
1. Buy or make a complete cache if you'd like, or just come to socialize!
2. Wrap the cache like a present & label it
3. Call Round Table the day of the event if you want to pre-order your meal.
4. Bring the wrapped cache to the event
5. Drop the cache at the specified place
6. Eat and socialize
7. CO will start the picking of the caches
8. Pick your cache
9. Log it!
10. Go find a place to hide the new cache you took home!!
This is a great way to get some more caches out into the area. NOTE: Please remember to label the cache with your Geo-Name like this: NVTaps Carson Valley Cache-Luck 2016 or NVBrit Carson Valley Cache-Luck 2016. (Then use those labels to name the caches when you hide them after the event!)
