Born in 1810 in Bergen, Norway, Ole Bornemann Bull became a sucessful violinist and composer. Although he spent most of his career in Europe, he often visited the United States, eventually founding several colonies. There is currently a 132-acre state park dedicated to him in Pennsylvania.

Please use your best judgement if you decide to grab this geocache at night... although the Loring Park area is technically one of the safer neighborhoods in the immediate area, it is still on the outskirts of downtown Minneapolis and is probably best left to daylight hours.
