Geocache Description:

Another cache in my "Hidden" series.

This is a little hidden park, nestled between apartement buildings, with some cool features.

This park is very over-provisioned, sporting three seats, two picnic benches, three bins, a bubler, playground (with 3 swings!) and a slide in the hill. This is unusual, as it is hardly ever used (occasionaly during the week by small children and parents), and you will notice all the surplus items.

Right next to the GZ, there is a plot of land that has been taken over by nature. If you look closely you will se that it is in fact a tennis court, and after years of no use and neglect, trees, plants and moss have grown and nature has started to reclaim it. It's a cool and unusual scene that captures an interesting voice.

The slide in the park is also unusual. When I saw it at first, I wondered why they'd made it so short when it was only taking up half of the hill. A go on the slide solved my problem, and I highly recommend you try it too (no matter what your age). It is very fast, and does not need to go any longer on the steep hill, and is a fun thrill.

Right next to the park's entrance (Beresford Rd), the nature strips have been turned into amazing gardens. I won't say too much about them because seeing them in real life is really something, and you can't miss them, especially if you're walking, so take time to enjoy the beautiful gardens.

The cache is located in a garden of native Australian flora, so you're likely to see a bird or two "enjoying the fruits of nature" (no, really).

The 326 Bus goes right past this park, and the stop is very near by, so public transport will easily get you here. There should also be plenty of parking. The cache can be found with minimal destroying of the garden, so no need to bush-bash or destroy the plants, and this one is an easy find. Cache is nicely sized, and holds tradeables and can fit trackables.

Note: this park is often used by muggles and their small children on weekdays, so weekends are better. Around dusk/sunset is probably the best time, but it doesn't matter too much. Just make sure you use stealth!
