Bicentennial Park
A quick multi cache in the park in Taree. Recommended on a nice day. A TOTT could be used to help get to the GZ. Although I didn't use one to place the cache, shorter or older cachers may need one to help them. Both WP1 and WP2 will give you the clues for the cache. Cache is a Bison Tube, so you will need a pen.
WP1 (the posted coordinates) give the location of the plaque. When did the park open? This is ABCD.
WP2 (also given) are the location of another plaque. How many acres were the Wynters granted? This is EFGH. Also note the year this happened. This is IJKL
The final coords are located at: S KL F(G-E).(E+A+I)(A+B-C)((D/C)+G). E AFE (I+L)J.(K+E-A)(G-F+L)(ExK+(D-G))
Cache shouldn't take too long to find. If you are absolutely stumped, I can provide additional hints. Also, I can change the D/T ratings if they need adjusting.
