This cache and a few others titled WHX are a contiuation of the White Horse series. The X stands for extreme and these caches won't be for everyone. When a ridge and some rocky high points stand out challenging a climb up, there just needs to be a cache or two upon it. If you like a challenge, love to hike (especially uphill for aways), like good views and rocks, don't mind blown down trees and thistles, then these caches are for you. A good parking spot to start your hike is WH9 cache. From there it's up the ridge to the top. Have fun and be careful, there is good cell coverage on the ridge top.
These is a lot of blowdown on the way to this cache, so go slow and pick your way through.
