Algebra 101 (Amended) Mystery Cache

This cache is NOT located at the posted coordinates. You may visit the posted location, but you will be standing in the middle of a road within a mile of the actual cache location. Difficulty of the hide is about a 2 but I raised it to 3 considering the puzzle. Congratulations to Flyer1957 on the FTF!
