Geocache Description:

This should be a quick find in one of the city's newest green spaces.

It's about time that this new neighbourhood had some caches hidden in it. It's pretty barren country for good hiding spots but decent green spaces seem to be being built into the new areas. No one is likely to mistake Rosewood for Sin City but it should make sense when you find the cache.
