< Ogaran-sama >
Ochiai Goro Kaneyuki was one of the four top vassals of Minamoto-no Yoshinaka, one of the most major generals in Kiso region of 12th century. Kaneyuki built his residnece here in order to prepre against the enemy from Mino region in the west. The former site of Kaneyuki is now called Ogaran-sama and popular among local villagers. There are four shrines as well as a monument praising Kaneyuki here today.

＜おがらん様＞
木曽義仲の家臣で、四天王の一人と言われた落合五郎兼行が、美濃の勢力に備えてこの地に館を構えたとされています。兼行は地元では「おがらん様」の名で親しまれています。現在ここには、おがらん四社（落合五郎兼行神社、愛宕神社、山神神社、天神社）があり、境内には寛延年間に建立された石灯籠と兼行の顕彰碑が建てられています。
