A colorful area for the placement of this cache, easily accessible from the public sidewalk. There is no need at all to go onto 4th South. Parking downtown may be limited, but public transportation will bring you to within less than a block of the cache. 101 feet from the cache is the front door of where I've bought my beer.
I averaged the coords using 2 samples, with the last adjustment being 5', so coords should be pretty good. Hint is a give-away.
Extreme muggle area! People around here are usually too busy going from one place to another to pay much attention, but there may be occasional muggles in the area with nothing better to do than rant, rave, or simply watch. Please use stealth as needed.
