A few months ago at school Lewis was asked to bring in an 'Expert Box'. A box of items pertaining to a particular subject that the student could talk about for several minutes and answer questions from fellow students about. Lewis's 'Expert Box' was his very own Geocache. He was given a glowing report from his teacher and proved himself to be very knowledgable on the subject.
The ready-made cache was then put in the understairs cupboard and forgotten about.
It made a brief appearance in the Devon UK Mega 2017 Promo video which Lewis starred in alongside his big sister Katie (who dreamed up the whole video) and then re-took its position inthe cupboard.
Then Lewis asked if we could place it somewhere. So we added some waterproofing and camo tape and hey presto it was ready for placing.
As you may have realised by now it has a pirate theme and contains some gold dubloons and pirate badges for swaps at time of placing.
