NTCL: New Taipei City Library
Hai-Shan county library was set up in the New Taipei city in 1932, it became Banqiao library after the Taipei county government was set up and took over the library in 1946. The library was officially renamed as Taipei county library in 1948. Since the Taipei county was upgraded to a special municipality and renamed as New Taipei city in 2010, Taipei county library was also renamed as New Taipei City Library. Due to the collections space and the service area were not enough, the new headquarters of New Taipei city library was established in 2015, and it becomes the first public library that open 24 hours in Taiwan. Today, there have more than 100 service locations (include branches, neighborhood reading rooms and self-service libraries) in and around New Taipei city.
新北市於日治時期大正12年（西元1932年）成立海山郡圖書館，後改為板橋圖書館，並於民國35年縣政府成立後，由台北縣政府接管。民國37年正式成立為台北縣立圖書館。民國99年，為配合台北縣改制為新北市，更名為新北市立圖書館。有鑑於服務與館藏空間之不足，新總館於民國104年完工啟用，成為台灣第一座24小時全天開放服務的公立圖書館。目前在新北市各轄區共有超過一百個服務據點（包含分館、民眾閱覽室及智慧圖書館）。
Xindian city library was established in 1987, which was located in the Culture building at Minzu road. To improve the quality of library's service, the library was moved to "MRT Dapinglin station joint development building" and opened in 2009. Due to the Taipei county was upgraded to New Taipei city, the library was also renamed as New Taipei city library Xindian branch.
新店市立圖書館成立於民國76年，原館址設於民族路7號的文化大樓，為了提升圖書館更優質的服務，在臺北縣政府支持下，將位於北新路3段的『捷運新店線大坪林站聯合開發大樓』公益回饋空間規畫為「新店市立圖書館總館」，並於民國98年正式開幕啟用，後來因應民國99年升格改制為新北市，新店市立圖書館總館更名為「新北市立圖書館新店分館」。
Xindian branch is the first public library that located in MRT joint development building in Taiwan. The most special things in Xindian branch is the cafe area, which provide drinks and light meals. Readers could enjoy the coffee and books in the same time.
新店分館是全國第1座位於捷運聯合開發大樓回饋的公共圖書館，館內還有首創國內獨一無二的「閱讀輕食吧台區」，提供精緻茶點及輕食服務，讀者可以坐在館內挑選1本自己喜愛的書籍，在藝文及咖啡薰陶中，遁入幸福的閱讀時光。
Opening Hour: Tuesday to Saturday: 08:30 - 21:00; Sunday and Monday: 08:30 - 17:00
The Library is closed to the public on all National Holidays. Also, the Library is closed on the last Thursday of each month.
開放時間: 週二至週六：8:30-21:00；週日、週一：8:30-17:00。
每月最後一個星期四及國定假日不對外開放。
