This is another field puzzle - more precisely, it's a ditch puzzle.
Geocachers, at least in this part of the world, are appreciative of roadside signs as potential locations for caches. Some of these signs in Dakota County are more engaging than others. In particular, the two signs located near waypoints A (VK8160628840) and B (VK8168927894) are especially relevant to the locale. Check them out. Then head to a point C due east of B for one minute and three seconds.There you'll spot a similar sign and where the cache is located.
