This cipher cache is intended to complement some of the other codes and cipher caches which are scattered across the South Wales area. They are a fascinating group which I have spent many hours over the past year or so decoding or trying to decode with varying degrees of success.
The cache is not at the posted co-ordinates but it is within two miles.
To find the cache you will need to solve the following cipher. Assume that the co-ordinates are North fifty-one degrees and West three degrees and the remainder of the co-ordinates will lie within the text. Please bring your own pen. Although this is a fairly simple cipher, things are not quite as straightforward as they may first seem!
