Let me take you back to the 1920's. Far before the freeway was even an idea. When there was only two businesses in the immediate area; when 6th Street was called 1st Street; when Oklahoma Avenue went straight and did not take a dip to the South. There was a train yard in the location you are standing in. Just to the North (by the strip of buildings that contains Bounce MIlwaukee ) there was a large round house with a turntable. This is where they repaired and stored the engines.
Please be mindful of the businesses, cache is on public property. Please avoid the railroad tracks, cache is nowhere near them. Keep a watchful eye, on the other side of tracks to the West there is an indigent village in the woods (you may see bikes locked up to trees along the street). Should be safe, but be aware.
Enjoy.
