Ngaambul: Hi trickygav,

The cache appears to be in need of owner intervention, or it may not but in the absence of the cache owner performing maintenance and/or disabling the cache to check it out, I'm temporarily disabling it, to give the owner an opportunity to check on the cache, and take whatever action is necessary. Please respond to this situation in a timely manner (i.e., within 4 weeks) to prevent the cache from being archived for non-responsiveness.

If you require more time please be sure to post a note (not an email) explaining the situation and how much more time you require. For ongoing issues please ensure you visit the listing and post a new note every 4 weeks to keep everyone up to date, if you do not then you cache may be archived without further note from a reviewer. Caches archived due to lack of maintenance are no longer unarchived and you will need to submit a replacement as a new cache.

Geocache Description:

A nice easy walk along the old Railway Line from Couridjah to Thirlmere

Couridjah is a former railway station which was located on the Picton – Mittagong loop railway line. It served Couridjah, a small town in the Macarthur Region of New South Wales, Australia.

The station opened on 2 December 1867 as Picton Lagoons Tank, was renamed Lagoons in 1878, Picton Lakes on 21 April 1879 and finally Couridjah on 1 January 1929. The station along with the Loop Line was closed in 1978.
The station has been restored by Volunteers from the New South Wales Rail Transport Museum in Thirlmere.
Occasionally, the museum operates steam heritage trains on the line through the station, between Thirlmere, Picton and Buxton

This is a nice easy walk along the old Railway Line.

The caches are easy hides, the 1st of many along here, start at the station there is already one in place if you havnt already got it.

Cache is a small container, its more to get you out on a nice walk.

If you like Trains, the old steam trains run on Sunday, so bring your camera

Please replace cache as you found it, as this track is commonly used for Walkers/Riders etc
