Vance AFB loves being a part of the Enid Community. Outside the base gate is an area with all the training aircraft that have been used throughout the years (all the way back to the 40s). This cache has been placed to highlight the great training aircraft that have flown here. Yes...this area is open to the public.
The original Geocache here was destroyed. (but you can still park here to find Vance Series #2) Instead, I'll just ask one simple question...do you know what numbers precede "Flying Training Wing?" Vance Air Force Base is the xxst Flying Training Wing. Use the answer to solve Vance Series #2. If you need help, go inside the visitor center and ask. They'll know the answer!
