New Castle History Cache Mystery Cache

The cache is not at posted coordinates, but that would be a good place to park for this cache which is nearby.  The cache will be a short walk from this parking area into a wooded area.  Bushwhacking wasn't bad when we placed it, but may be worse in the summer.  You will be looking for a small coffee container wrapped in camo duct tape with a log, some swag and a pen inside!

To get the coordinates for this cache you will need to research some New Castle history and gather some dates.

New Castle was originally settled by the Dutch West India Company in 16FA, under the leadership of Peter Stuyvesant, on the site of a former aboriginal village.
