This cache was repurposed from an archived cache placed by Cache Commando in 2003. We were hiking Trail 8 and found it. Hope you enjoy the trail and find the cache. You are looking for an ammo can on the south side of Trail 8.
There are several places to start on Trail 8. We came from the lookout tower and hiked the entire loop trail. You can also start from Sycamore picnic area or Ogle Lake. Very nice hike with lots of ups and downs, ridges and valleys, and great views. I used the same container as the previous cache and kept the original log in the container. Last dates were from 2013, so if you are first to find the new placement, sign in the old log book.
