Winter is coming, do you feel it?... I feel it!

And I predict colder weather and more snow than the last few!

Make sure you are well prepared for winter caching this season with a proper Coat, Toque, Mitts, Scarf, Winter tires, and of course a Hot beverage to keep you warm!


I wanted to put out a few winter friendly caches this season and thought why not make a series of caches out of it! The very first cache I found was part of a Christmas series. You had to collect a number that corresponds with a letter to get the coordinates to the final in the series. So a shout out to Olemaz for making that awesome series so enjoyable that it inspired me to create a similar one.



Winter tires can be a great investment for a safe winter season of caching or life in general. It really is amazing how much better traction you get from them when driving over snow or even ice. This will be the first winter season where I keep my car licensed/insured over the winter season so I have set some money aside for a pair of winter tires! Let me know if you have a pair or are planning on getting some!
