The Son Termes estate is a very important place in the history of Mallorca. It was founded by Oliver de Termes, knight of King James I in the thirteenth century who participated in the conquest of Mallorca.
Son Termes es una ''possessió'', que ha sabido adaptarse al paso del tiempo conservando lo característico de las fincas de montaña y sin perder su belleza y elegancia natural. En la década de los 70 y los 80 fueron célebres sus cenas animadas con torneos y justas medievales.
