ORS - One Room Schoolhouse
Kitchen School was built in approximately 1860, on the corner of Bristol and State Roads. It was named for homesteader Silas Kitchen. Students moved to the Davison school district after its closing. The building was purchased, and used as a Clown school, and then as home to the Davison Boxing Club, before being donated to the Davison Twp Parks. The building was restored to its 1940s appearance by Davison Township in 2007. It is open for field trips and special occasions.
