The main reason I placed this geocache here is to promote the idea of Livvi's place. If you find all the caches in order you will see that the first park is done up by livvi's place and is wheel chair accessible, and then the 2nd and 3rd park are really scrappy and don't support disabled people. (you'll see the difference)
