Location Details

15 minutes south of the airport by taxi, The Fountains Community Center is a relaxed and peaceful environment where families of all ages and ethnic backgrounds can gather for events. Property manager's permission obtained to place this cache and allow visitors to find it during business hours.*

Business Hours:

8:30 AM to 6:30 PM (7 days a week)

But remember, the cache is not actually in Fulicheng, it's at The Fountains Community Center right across from the south gate to Fulicheng.

If you're walking in on foot, you'll pass a 7/11 before you reach the front entrance (see attached picture).

GEOCACHING IN CHINA NOTE

(applies to all of mainland China as of 2015) The coordinates of the geocache are correct, but the map will not display the "dot" in the right place. The actual location is usually east and south of the dot on the map.
