Rare Aire 1
This is the first in a series of 11 caches that will lead you on a hike to the summit of Mt. Aire and a bit beyond. Start from Elbow Fork in Millcreek Canyon where you will find the first cache just a few feet away.
The Winter Gate is closed in the colder seasons, adding about a mile and a half to the hike to get to Elbow Fork. Add another Terrain star if that's the case!
Most of the caches are near the main trail, while a few are short distances away.
GPS signal reception can be challenging along this route, so I have attempted to provide useful hints. Please let me know if you encounter any problems with locating the caches or with the coordinates.
