1 - Fonte do Concelho
A fonte do concelho, situada à margem da ribeira (poço do tijolo), trata-se de um monumento histórico tradicional que segundo os dizeres dos antigos seria a única fonte que em tempos de grande seca brotaria água em abundancia, sendo utilizada até por pessoas de povoações vizinhas. Não existe registo do começo da sua exploração, o seu enquadramento atual é resultados de obras de requalificação de finais dos anos 90.
Junto à fonte encontra-se um casario que inclui um moinho de água e um forno a lenha, requalificado na mesma altura. Durante vários anos, o espaço serviu de sede para a Associação de Caça e Pesca do Paul.
O largo é usualmente utilizado para celebração de eventos, estando numa zona privilegiada junto da ribeira e perto da povoação. O açude adjacente é conhecido pelos locais como poço do tijolo. Atualmente todo o espaço necessita novamente de obras de requalificação.

The fountain of Concelho, situated on the side of the river, it is a traditional historic monument which according to the words of the ancient would be the only source which in great times of drought, spring up water in abundance, it would be used even by people from neighboring villages . There is no record of the beginning of its operation, its current environment results of rehabilitation works of the late 90s.
By the fountain there is a house that includes a water mill and a wood oven, requalified at the same time. For several years, the space served as headquarters for the Hunting an Fishing Association.
The square is usually used for celebration events, with a prime position along the river and near the village. The weir adjacent is known to locals as well brick. Currently the entire space needs upgrading works again.
2 - Cruzeiro do Paul
O Cruzeiro do Paul está enquadro numa zona ajardinada de forma triangular junto à ribeira na rua Dr. José de Carvalho entre a Ponte e o Largo do Mercado.
Atualmente a necessitar de obras de requalificação, o cruzeiro apresenta frontalmente uma placa em mármore branco assinado com 3 datas históricas (1140, 1640, 1940). A primeira relativa à autoproclamação de D. Afonso Henriques como rei de Portugal, a segunda à restauração da independência de Portugal da União Ibérica e finalmente a última sendo a data de inauguração do cruzeiro.

The "Cruzeiro" is on a gardened zone, shaped triangularly on Dr Jose Carvalho street between the bridge and Mercado Square.
Currently in need of rehabilitation works, the cruise frontally features a white marble plaque signed with three historical dates (1140, 1640, 1940).The first on the self-proclamation of D. Afonso Henriques as king of Portugal, the second restoration of the independence of Portugal from the Iberian Union and finally the last one being the Cruzeiro inauguration date.
3 - Junta de Freguesia e Sede dos Escuteiros / Townhall and Scouts Headquarters
O edifício da atual sede da Junta de Freguesia (desde o inicio do sec. XXI) é também conhecida por Casa da Adelaidinha (edifício doado), incorpora também o posto de correios do Paul. Lugar usual de reunião da assembleia de freguesia, possui uma sala multi-usos no seu topo até à pouco tempo utilizada como sede de reunião da Associação Paul + Jovem. Encontra-se situada no centro histórico da vila e vizinha do Alojamento Local Casal da Ribeira e da Sede de Escuteiros.
A sede de Escuteiros do Agrupamento 506 do CNE trata-se de um edifício histórico de arquitetura tradicional de granito e xisto. Antes de albergar a sede de escuteiros este edifício possuía um forno de lenha comunitário, encontrando-se este ainda preservado.

The building of the current Town Hall headquarters (since the beginning of sec. XXI) is also known as House of Adelaidinha (donated building), also incorporates Paul's post office. Usual meeting place of the town assembly, has a multi-purpose room at the top, until recently used to host meetings of Paul Youth Association. It is located in the historic town center and nearby the accommodation Casal da Ribeira and the Scouts Headquarters.
The headquarters of the Scout Grouping 506 of the SNC, it is a historic building of traditional architecture of granite and schist. Prior to host the Scout headquarters this building had a community wood oven, which is still preserved.
4 - Capela do Espirito Santo
A Capela do Espirito Santo é o monumento religioso mais antigo da freguesia, tendo sido igreja matriz (como igreja de Santa Maria)até ao séc. XVIII aquando da construção da Igreja da Nossa Senhora da Anunciação.
Tendo sofrido varias ampliações e modificações, não se conhece com exatidão a data de construção original mas existem registos da sua existencia já em 1321. A data inscrita sobre a porta principal será referente à requalificação que lhe deu a arquitetura atual.
Tendo sido novamente requalificada recentemente, esta era utilizada ate ao momento como capela funerária. Possui no seu interior a obra escultural mais antiga e valiosa da paróquia, a escultura em pedra ança do Divino Espirito Santo (sec.XV).
A capela é ainda palco da anual celebração do Divino Espirito Santo, 40 dias depois da Páscoa.

The Chapel of the Holy Spirit is the oldest religious monument in the parish, having been the main church (as Saint Mary church)until the XVIII century during the construction of the Church of Our Lady of the Annunciation.
Having undergone several extensions and modifications, it is not known exactly the date of the original construction but there are documents proving its existing in 1321. The date inscribed above the main door is related to the requalification that gave it the current architecture.
Having been recently requalified again, this was used until such time a funeral chapel. It has within it the oldest and valuable sculpture in the parish, the Ança stone carving of the Holy Spirit (sec. XV).
The chapel is also the place of the annual celebration of the Divine Holy Spirit, 40 days after Easter.
5 - Museu/Casa Tipica | Museum/Typical House and Tavern
A Casa Típica do Paul representa o símbolo vivo da arquitetura tradicional e o “modo vivendi” do espaço doméstico tradicional é em parte, um museu aberto (sob solicitação), a visitas e um lugar de exposição de produtos tradicionais.
Com construção semelhante à sede dos escuteiros, os calhaus rolados graníticos do leito da ribeira quebrados ao meio assentes em barro vermelho e intercalado com blocos de xisto são os principais materiais utilizados, podem também ser encontrados traves de madeira nos vãos das portas e janelas. Os pisos superiores era frequente a utilização de madeira revestida com argamassa de barro e colmo.
Na parte inferior desta Casa/Museu está instalada uma taberna típica que conserva os traços deste género de estabelecimentos. A taberna típica convida o visitante a uma viagem no tempo, com paredes revestidas de pedra, bancos e mesas típicas em madeira, lareira com caldeirão de ferro este é sem dúvida um local fantástico a não perder caso tenha a sorte de o encontrar aberto.
O edifício é propriedade da Casa do Povo do Paul pelo que caso pretenda visitar o espaço deverá contactar esta entidade ou a junta de freguesia.

Paul's typical house is the living symbol of traditional architecture and the "vivendi mode" from the traditional domestic space is partly a museum open (on request) to visit and a place of exhibition of traditional products.
With construction similar to the headquarters of scouts, the granitic boulders rolled of the river broken in half founded on red clay and intercalated with schist blocks are the main materials used, wooden beams can also be found in doorways and windows. The upper floors was frequent the use of wood coated with clay and thatch mortar.
At the bottom of this House / Museum is installed a typical tavern that preserves the features of this kind of establishments. The typical tavern invites the visitor to a journey through time, with covered stone walls, benches and typical wooden tables, fireplace with iron cauldron this is without doubt a fantastic place to visit if you have the good fortune to find open.
The building is owned by the Paul People's House (Casa do Povo) so if you plan to visit the place you should contact this entity or the town hall.
