Geocache Description:

This cache is as traditional as it gets! Beautiful hike in a state park & hidden in a 50 cal. ammo can. The hunt is on!

I wanted to place my very first geocache in a beautiful place. I chose Sweetwater Creek State Park because it has amazing trails and a pretty creek. I included a disposable camera so that if you happen to see something interesting, fun, or amazing, you can snap a quick picture of it!   Of course, you can take a picture of yourself if you prefer because You are beautiful too! Later on, I'll include a scrapbook of the pics for future cachers.  Please take only one picture per geocacher or group and try not to give away the exact hiding spot.  Also, wrap it back in both zip lock baggies if you do decide to snap a pic.

To locate this cache, you can follow the Red Trail to the bridge... or for a longer walk but easier terrain, follow the White Trail down to the creek and check out the Civil War mill ruins. Both trails begin behind the visitor's center.  We originally placed the cache closer because we wanted children to be able to access it easily, but we had proximity issues with our cache in relation to the other caches in the area so we had to move it across the large bridge on the other side of the creek. The terrain is very easy until you get across the bridge. On the other side of the bridge, you will be on the Yellow Trail and it is closer to take a left at the split (Yep. The steep way). There are some rocky steep areas on this trail & be aware that there is a $5 fee to get in the park. The container is a 50 cal. ammo can.  It is well stocked with some very nice swag for children and adults and there is something special for the FTF.

UPDATE: Congratulations to jazzmasters & Maviman for being the first to find! Awesome job! :)

I am not going to add a hint at this time. If people seem to have any problems locating it, I'll add one later.
