Because every shopping center needs a cache I guess? Bonus points (that mean nothing and get you nowhere) for anyone who knows where the name came from.
Parking lot hides are normally pretty trashy these days. This one should be pretty fun for a C&D. Just watch out for muggles. This is a weird place to be for "no reason". Have fun!
