Pg. 62 - KCSearcher Helps NCAL DeLorme Challenge Traditional Cache

One more for Page 62

I've been on this road about three times, most recently in early November 2016 with a couple of caching buddies of mine. There were still very few caches that satisfied Page 62 of the California DeLorme Challenge (Northern) so I thought I would add one more that's easier and more accessible year round.

FYI, it's on Page 46 of the Golden State DeLorme Challenge
