Die Lego A/S (auch The LEGO Group, Eigenschreibweise: LEGO) ist ein dänisches Unternehmen und größter Spielzeughersteller der Welt, das durch die mittlerweile als Spielzeugklassiker geltenden Legosteine bekannt wurde. Dabei handelt es sich um ein Baukastensystem, bei dem bunte Kunststoff-Klötzchen, Zahnräder, Figuren und andere Kleinteile zusammengesteckt werden, um damit Modelle von fast allen erdenklichen Dingen zu bauen. Das Wort Lego leitet sich von dänisch leg godt „spiel gut“ ab.

Das wirkliche Herzstück des Unternehmens ist aber der Legostein. Interessant hier ist zum Beispiel die schiere Anzahl an Kombinationen, die man bereits mit wenigen Legosteinen erreichen kann:

Thema des Caches:

Der Plastikziegel, der heute überall auf der Welt erkannt wird, wurde, in seiner heutigen Form, am 28. Jänner 1958 patentiert. Die Produktion erreicht im Jahr 19 Milliarden LEGO Elemente und etwa 400 Millionen Menschen überall in der Welt haben bereits, zumindest einmal in ihrem Leben, mit Lego gespielt. Momentan existieren 6 Legoland Themenparks und zwar in Florida und Kalifornien in den USA, in Dänemark, Großbritannien, Malaisien und auch in Deutschland.

Um den 55. Geburtstag des LEGO Bausteins zu ehren, wurden von der Firma 55 grafische Rätsel herausgegeben, in denen LEGO Bausteine die Rollen von verschiedenen Charaktären in Filmen, Liedern, Geschichten,... einnehmen. Einige dieser Rätsel wurden für diesen Geocache verwendet.

The plastic brick that is recognized all over the world today was patented in its current shape on January 28, 1958. With the production reaching 19 billion LEGO elements a year, around 400 million people around the world have played with it at least once in their life, and every year kids spend around 5 billion hours at it! Currently there are 6 LEGOLAND theme parks in the world: USA has two in Florida and California, and Denmark, United Kingdom, Malaysia and Germany host one each.

To commemorate the 55th anniversary of the LEGO brick, the company has issued 55 graphic riddles where LEGO bricks represent various characters from movies, songs, cultural or political highlights that occurred over the last 55 years. Some of them were used for this geocache.

The Riddle/Das Rätsel

Finde heraus, welches Lied, welche Band, welchen Film,... die Bilder zeigen und beantworte dann die Fragen. So wirst du zu den Finalkoordinaten kommen. Viel Spaß und probiere die Rätsel allein und ohne Google zu beantworten - ist lustiger :)

Nachdem ich schon öfters Klagen über komplizierte Rechnungen, Umwandlungen,... gehört habe, dachte ich, dass ich dieses Rätsel anders löse und vollkommen auf Rechnungen verzichte. Man öffnet einfach den Geochecker und beantwortet die dort gestellten Fragen – dabei muss man einfach direkt die Antworten eintragen. Groß/Kleinschreibung sowie die Verwendung von Leerzeichen ist egal. Natülich muss man die Antwort aber richtig schreiben, da sonst die Lösung nicht gezählt wird. Die Koordinaten erhält man, wenn alle Antworten richtig sind.

Since I’ve heard a lot of complaints about difficult, complicated calculations, I tried to go in a different direction with this cache. There are absolutely no calculations to be done. Just use the geochecker and answer the questions directly there. The answers are not case sensitive and spaces will be ignored. Of course, the answer needs to be spelled correctly. You will get the final coordinates, if all answers are correct.
