This event is designed to inspire hiders. For any one wanting to participate in the challenge please mention that you will be participating in the challenge in your will attend log. Everyone is welcome to attend even if you do not wish to participate in the challenge. The event will be held from 9:00 am to 9:30 am.
At 9:30 am there will be a draw from the D/T grid jar. When you draw the paper from the jar it will tell you the D/T of a cache that you will hide within the next 3 weeks. Any one participating in this with a successful new geocache publish will be eligible for a draw during the next months Puzzle solving event for an unactivated trackable. There will not be any D/T hide rating under 3 ½ in the jar for this draw. Any kind of hide traditional, mystery, multi etc.
Mention the GC code of this event in your publish and add a note to this event page with the GC code of your new hide to participate in the draw for the trackable at the February Puzzle solvers event GC6XKH8 . Your hide must be the DT that you drew at this event and You must have it published before January 28th, 2017.
If you have never hidden a cache before and would like to please feel free to come to this event and ask questions and get some tips on your first hide.
We will have a short game of “Guess the DT” before you will draw your D/T hide from the jar.
