During the winter months the pond is a great place to go cross country skiing, snowshoeing, and skating, when the ice is thick. During the summer it's a great spot to go on a walk, or build stick forts. If you're lucky you might even see some bunnies. ;)
There's a nice wide path surrounding half of the pond. The cache is hidden just off of the trail.
