Teresa's grandfather purchased the 20 acres that you see here. Back then Bert Kouns was an old wagon trail. Her grandparents raised five children and four of them built homes and raised their families out here as well. Teresa and I raised our children out here as well and were the last to sell and move from here in 2002, when the GM suppliers began building here.
