Potluck Dinner

There will be tables set up for a potluck dinner. If you would like to join in please bring a dish to pass. Finger food is best. Cups and plates will be provided. Soda and bottled water will also be provided. The venue has a kitchen area so you can do some quick cleanup afterward.

White Elephant Gift Exchange

The Snowbuster features a white elephant gift exchange. If you want to join in you'll need to do these things ahead of time.

1. Choose something to bring as a gift

2. Wrap it so that no one can tell what it is. Don't put anyone's name on the package, including your own

3. Bring the gift with you to the event. If you do bring a gift you will get one ticket to play the game. Write your caching name on the ticket

The gift exchange will start at 5:00 PM. The game works like this.

1. All of the gifts will be put in a pile

2. Tickets will be called at random

3. When it's your turn you can decide to choose a gift from the pile or steal a gift that has already been opened by someone else

4. Once a gift has been stolen three times it is out of play. (The third person to steal it gets to keep it)

5. There will be separate gift tables for adults and kids.

A big thank you to Blue Crow Expedition, AuntieNae, allthelees, Scrappy Scout, chevyole, Silyngufy, Lobsters9494 and Ranger Boy in helping put this event together. Without them this event would not take place
