I frequently visit the nearby building to donate blood. Afterwards, I reward myself by finding a nearby geocache. Noting that the epicenter of my finds in this area is vacant I have commemorated this cluster of finds with a hide of my own.
The cache is located near the street but it can be accessed safely from the sidewalk without exposing yourself to traffic.
