Note that these trees are NOT hemlocks. Yes, I misidentified the trees. Oops! But I am not changing the cache name to Secluded Spot in the Spruces.
Cache is located in East Lampeter Township Community Park off Hobson Road which parallels Old Philadelphia Pike (Rt. 340). Although the park is immediately north of Dutch Wonderland, there is no access across Mill Creek. Witmer Road and Oakview Road connect Rt. 30 and Rt. 340 on the east and west with Hobson running between them. If you have some time, there is a mini-disc golf course here; MINI-discs only. Park is open dawn to dusk. Restrooms are closed in winter. But the playground is open.
