This cache is part of the Virginia State Parks Get L.O.S.T. (Listen, Observe, Sense, Try) geocaching adventure. Each state park has a cache for this series, each with a unique collector’s card. There are small prizes for finding 5, 10, 20, and ALL of the caches. Most parks require a small parking fee while geocaching. This cache is a medium sized, clear lock-n-lock style container with a log book, pencil and collector’s card.
Park at the Lakeview Restaurant parking area. You will follow the path towards the overlook pier, cross the wooden bridge. If you get to the fishing pier, you have gone too far.
