Geocache Description:

NOTE: York River State Park has a $5 parking fee. This cache has what appears to be a "cliff hanger" to it, but don't worry, there are steps on the trail leading down to it. Use the trail to get to it and don't climb on the cliffs. There is possibility of erosion all around so stay on the trail. May be inaccessible during high tide so check the York River tide charts (Roane Point) before coming out to hunt for it. The final cache contains collectable VSP cards inside.

This cache was part of the 2017 Virginia State Parks (VSP) Geocaching Adventure series. This series ended on December 31, 2017. However, the park has taken over this cache so it is still active. Special rewards are no longer available for this cache, only the cards. For upcoming information on the newest VSP Geocaching Adventure go to: www.virginiastateparks.gov.
