Geocache Description:

This cache is located at Castletown cross close to milestone number 20 (miles from Dublin) on the old Dublin to Navan (Cannon row) turnpike or 23 mile long toll road built around 1730. This was part of a longer road from Dublin to ballyshannon in Donegal and the road signs on the newer N3 still have the distance to ballyshannon listed on many of them. The nearest toll was at Kilcarn bridge where the road crossed the Boyne near Navan town.

A regular sized geocache buried under some loose rocks beside a stream. There is parking very close by at the cross road.
