Geocache Description:

Welcome to the Carillon Tower!  This centerpiece of the park is a musical masterpiece. After you find the cache, hidden near the tower in the beautiful grounds, take time to enjoy the interlude!  You are seeking a medium size lock-n-lock.

There is a small fee to enter the park.

No matter where you are in the park, you'll never miss the Stephen Foster Memorial Carillon Tower!  Whether or not you can see it, you'll hear the 97 bells in the tower ring out across the park.  According to Wikipedia,  200 foot tower was built in 1957 by the JC Deagan company, and is billed as their largest tower.  It also happened to be the last.
