The cache is in a piece of equipment previously owned by the New Plymouth City Council, but was purchased off them and installed as a garden ornament. It still functions, but you don't have to feed it. There is a bit of a field puzzle and you may have to bring a special tool with you; something thin and strong like a 4 inch nail would do.
The hiding place can be seen from the street, so extreme stealth is required as the neighbours are extremely watchful. There is no need to disassemble anything with a screwdriver, or to remove the top.
This cache had a previous life as 'No Free Parking!' so may be familiar to some of you.
