As a Saskatchewn Snowbird or Winter Resident, I spend some time in Arizona to fulfill my two outdoor addictions - Geocaching and Golfing. This cache honors these two activites.
Yes there is a log sheet present somewhere. How many tries? Experienced cachers are already figuring out the task ahead. At least it is a shady spot but remember that desert creatures that bite and sting also like the shade. Check out your surroundings and take all the usual DESERT PRECAUTIONS BEFORE settling into finding the log sheet.
UPDATE (01/15/2017) : Approach the cache from the south side, from the road, to avoid an unpleasant skeleton of a coyote and the remains of a well. PLEASE WATCH YOUR CHILDREN AT THIS SITE.
