This Cache is part of a Neighbourhood Walk/Hike Series.
Trail Head for other walks/hikes in the neighbourhood. This walk/hike is part of the Tallus Ridge/Shannon Woods neighbourhood. You'll enjoy several cool forested areas and see two lakes. Some of the geocaches are near a walkway or a trail, some are farther away from the trail. This series is the first geocache and series I have placed, your comments are welcome. For access, use Tallus Ridge Drive or Shannon Woods Dive. As always, practice safe caching. Bring a writing device (pencil in most of the series caches). Be prepared for wildlife encounters and other hazards always. Bear and coyotes have been seen in both neighbourhoods. Pack out everything you bring in, and exercise CITO whenever possible. Please replace cache container to its proper place to keep the integrity of the hide. Have fun. What a great way to enjoy the outdoors. The area is bordered by private property, so please respect the boundaries.
