Evel Knievel, the famous American stunt performer used several different brands of motorcycles during his illustraious career including a Honda 250cc, a Norton Motorcycle Company 750cc, a Truimph Bonneville T120, a Laverda American Eagle 750cc, a Harley-Davidson XR-750 and a Skycycle X-2.
We may not have any famous stuntmen from Wisconsin, but we have definitely contributed to the motorcycle industry. Harley-Davidson has been building motorcycles here in Wisconsin since 1903. Who knew - Another Wisconsin Original!
