Football Micro Series 014 - Auckland Town Traditional Cache

Auckland Town moved to Kingsway in Bishop Auckland back in 1886 having previously played at Flatts Farm.  The football and cricket grounds overlapped.  Auckland Town were renamed Bishop Auckland FC in 1893.

Kingsway was used until its sale in 2002, although Bishop Auckland Cricket Club remain on the site.  Cache is located where the second set of turnstiles used to stand.
