(AR) Florida Style? (on "The Road to Nowhere") Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Obilon: I suspect the Road Dept. has finally gotten around to replacing this g'rail, or at least cleaning up the vegetation that was growing against it. It's just too far to go anymore to check on since I no longer do any business beyond Old Town (sadly 😟 ).

Geocache Description:

This remote part of the county has some settlement history, but has never realized a large population.  Nearby is an old cemetery, and deep in the woods along an old tram line is an even older one (Bowlegs).  There are a couple boat ramps, and a couple small communities, but mostly, when you ride to the end of this road, there's nothing but a view.

Placed for he 5th Annual OFTFFF, this is part of the AR (Advanced Run), for those who have been in the hobby for awhile, have some experience, and are willing to drive greater distances to find hidden things in harder hide locations.

For a REAL adventure, jump on the Dixie Mainline (the old main tram road for the timber trains) and follow it all the way to Suwannee.  It's a great ride!  You never know what you'll see, so keep your eyes "peeled".

But before you go, grab this cache.  It shouldn't be too hard to find, as long as it stays where it belongs.

If you don't know what "Florida Style" means, it refers to palms or palmettos.

Be safe, have fun...and keep on caching!
