Geocache Description:

This geocache is in a tree on the side of Garfield park, near the historic Wandle River. It's just off the Wandle Trail, a fantastic, mainly traffic-free, route that follows the River Wandle from its mouth with the River Thames in Wandsworth, through three boroughs to Croydon, where local transport links offer a perfect finishing point for those with tired legs. The 12 mile route offers a great day out for people of all ages, for those on foot and on bike.

In this park, popular with dog walkers (so do watch where you walk when searching), there's a playground nearby so this is an ideal one for people with kids. The slide is really fast!
