The Dirty Dozen Mystery Cache

An intrepid group of 12 hikers set out on an adventure.  We found caches, and signed them 'The Dirty Dozen'.

Unfortunately, some of us lost some containers on the route as well.

In order, from left to right, Bad Cop, MadMother, Hugh (of CachingCarol&Hugh), Lady Viper, Chevyragtop, WillowZilla, Hiking Granny, a muggle! (yes VP brought a muggle along), bsbhelm, WillowZilla's Dad (some call me Axl {well many actually}), and Viajero Perdido.  But that's only 11 ... the zero behind the camera is Coolcat21.

Many of the caches we found that day were hidden by the crew involved ... most of them if truth be told.  But i bet you're interested in finding THIS cache.  Let me present your puzzle:
