The geocache is at the mid way point of a walk through beautiful countryside on the outskirts of Leicester.
The Geocache is a medium cliplock container and when first placed contained a log book, two tackables and an assortment of other goodies. There are several rights of way which run between Thurmaston and Barkby Village where there are a few other small geocaches. Please stick to the waymarked paths. If parking on the Thurmaston side of the walk please park considerately as space can be quite tight.
