A Little Prescott History... Mystery Cache

CACHE IS NOT AT POSTED COORDS.

I have been geocaching for several years, sometimes with my favorite geocache buddy, my grandson, without placing any caches. He has been visiting Prescott recently and decided that it it way past time for us place a geocache. He did all the research for this cache. Enjoy!

TO SOLVE : 

North: 34 AB.CDE West: 112 FG.HJK

AB = The last two numbers in the year the city of Prescott was incorporated minus 48.

CD = The number of letters in the name, (first and last) minus one, of the Prescott mayor in 2010.

E = Number of letters in the name of the most well known Prescott environmental landmark minus one.

FG = First year of the world's oldest rodeo minus 1859.

H = Number of colleges/universities in Prescott plus 5.

J = Number of words in Prescott's motto plus 2. (Hint: The motto has more than 2 words.)

K = Number of letters in name of the local native American tribe in Prescott area minus 3.

If you approach the cache from the Oregon St. to the south, there is good parking. If you approach the cache from the north - Sierry Peaks and Downer Trail - you will have to park and walk some distance to avoid the No Parking signs.
